Case
As a constant in the Neptune Beach area for around 30 years, Mezza Luna’s current demographics relied heavily on residents around the area. Because the appeal of finer dining and regular outings were focused on one target demographic, Mezza Luna needed other creative strategies to introduce their restaurant to newcomers in the Jacksonville area as well as residents in the surrounding Neptune Beach community.
Execution
Establishing an online presence for Mezza Luna was a vital tactic to introduce to our clients. We started by creating an updated website for our team to direct all marketing strategies and built up a following on Facebook and Instagram to reach residents and visitors within the area. By integrating the authentic Italian hometown feel with our verbiage and tone, our team captured the Mezza magic that regulars appreciate time and time again.
