Overview

We partnered with Swisher to develop a distinct visual identity for their Career Growth Program, designed to function as both a standalone initiative and an extension of the broader Swisher brand.

The goal was to create a system that clearly communicates progression, aligns with internal messaging, and provides a scalable foundation for ongoing program growth.

Through a collaborative and iterative process, we translated the program’s structure into a cohesive visual language that could be applied consistently across all touchpoints.

Challenge

Swisher was launching a new internal Career Growth Program designed to support employee development across the organization. The initiative needed a clear, recognizable identity that could communicate structure, inspire participation, and scale across multiple internal platforms.

The program was built on a three-part framework, requiring a visual system that could simplify complex information while remaining flexible across presentations, digital communications, signage, and program materials.

With an accelerated timeline, the solution needed to be developed quickly without sacrificing clarity, consistency, or long-term usability.

Process

We began by exploring how to visually represent the program’s three-part framework in a way that felt simple, structured, and scalable.

Early concepts focused on translating abstract ideas like growth, progression, and development into a clear visual system. Through iteration, the direction evolved into a modular approach built on upward movement and proportional relationships.

The final system reflects the program’s 50/25/25 structure, with each element representing a core component while working together as a unified whole.

Execution

Our approach focused on building a modular identity system rooted in the program’s core framework.

We developed a logo system and supporting visual elements that represent upward progression, using structured, scalable forms to reflect the program’s three key components: performance, functional competencies and experiences, and leadership attributes.

The identity was designed to be flexible across applications, from internal communications and presentations to environmental graphics and digital assets. Clear guidelines were established to ensure consistency while allowing for adaptability across use cases.

In parallel, we created foundational brand assets and design examples to support rollout, ensuring teams could easily implement the system across the organization.
